Education is one of the fundamental aspects in the every nation in the entire world although Nepalese education is not satisfactory as we anticipated. There are many defects in the education system some of them can be spotted on..Although there has been the paramount changes around the world in the form of education but the context of Nepal is still not as expected. Finland is considered as the ideal country for the education system.

Indoctrination is the one of the common traits prevalent in the most of the parts of our nation.Educators are so eager to express their views they wouldn’t like to understand the students proficiency and enthusiasm. The learners are mandatory  to grasp the teacher’s views or opinions including all sorts of thoughts rather than visualizing in their own way. Current hour,students deprived of  curiosity as they are quite habitual with the satisfied with the abundance notes or slides providing through their tutors.

Why the students didn’t get chances  to think in their own way? I can consider this  as an absence of liberation of thought which is so much restricted in the country like Nepal (specific mostly on private institutions). As the institutions strived for the higher grades to incline the reputation through which they can easily swept out more students.

Strict Regulation is the another norms quite compel to follow in the every corner of the country’s belts. They can be exchange their classes or tutors or subjects. Some of the rules are highly not only restrictive but also unsound .

Let’s give you a sample,most of the schools holds a rules of prohibition of exit of first class period.Such rules are not only reserved but also hypocrite in my sense. Students shouldn’t feel like they are coerced to read or write. They should  just feel free so that they can easily interact with their dominie which makes easier to perceive the veracious concepts. Discussion is very discomfort when there is harsh rules of strict discipline.

One way interaction is the another similar problem of the education in which students are considers as a listeners of all and instructors  are meant for the source of all erudition.Most of the pupils can’t cross questioned or argued on what the teachers are tried to convinced although knowing the fact that his ideas seems completely illogical or fallacious. If the sophomores  are not enough convinced by the views, then they can’t get it on.

Absence of learning is the one of the utmost demerit of the our present education. Tutee are suggested to read or write. In some way, they even study but they lacks of learning. Learning is the different way than reading. Learning is the art of pursue of perception rather than repeatedly uttering same paragraphs.

For learning, we just need to understand the core of the content . Secondly, learning is the progressive art through which we can expanded our sourceful in formations .On the other hand, reading limited to the certain information.To learn something, you need to be a seeker, who seeks unremittingly and makes their own perceptions with vividness of clarity.

Another problem of our education is to create informed person without the skills. In the present framework,most of the students are well-informed but without the practical approach. They learn the electricity, current and sources of it, but afraid to fix the plugs or check the bulb why it is dim? This is really pathetic condition of our education. Andragogy without practical approach couldn’t make them enriched.

Profession oriented education and scope creating teaching is seems to one of the greater positive aspects while looking but when we go in a deeper sense, it doesn’t as propitious as looks.Each and every individuals are unique in their way but they should seek their zest rather than scope. Most of the students are tempted to being part of the medical or engineering domain but why not psychology or arts? It’s because the stereotypic societal outlook towards the educational realm. Education is the holistic approach but the societal horizon fractionized  giving the certain standards to variable career..

Consequently, menteeswerve to higher standards valued vocation. Such perspective brings fragmented society. Students are freed to espouse  their own  pursuing career and education phenomena should be means of encouragement so that every children can be one new source of inspiration to it’s own way instead of being hindrance while pursuing career.

Many fellows are veer towards the science faculty acknowledging with ardency  in journalism which clarify how the fervent  youths  are switched in wrong orientation. GON should play crucial role in the fields of education so that every individuals are able to seek their exuberance.
